Everything you need to know before booking.
What's included in every booking?
All bookings include studio access, high-speed WiFi, free parking, green room access, and basic lighting. Equipment add-ons are available à la carte or bundled in packages.
How does the deposit work?
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled date. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. We're happy to reschedule at no extra cost with 24 hours notice.
Can I extend my booking day-of?
Absolutely — if the studio is available after your booked slot, we can extend at the hourly rate. Just let your studio assistant know.
Do you allow overnight shoots?
Yes! Contact us for overnight and multi-day rates. We offer special pricing for extended productions.
